The role
Diving into the role of Infant Swim Instructor, you'll empower and educate parents and young learners in swimming and water safety skills. In this role, you are responsible for providing professional, engaging swim instruction in a secure, enjoyable, and educational setting.

Job duties include:

• Foster an environment for learning and development of infants
• Ensure the safety of parents/guardians and infants at all times
• Provide informative, fun and engaging lessons and demonstrations to parents and infants
• Demonstrate knowledge and the ability to refine swimming strokes, techniques, and drills.
• Engage and communicate with parents or guardians effectively to ensure infants' positive water experiences.

Qualifications you will need

• AUSTSWIM or equivalent Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
• AUSTSWIM or equivalent Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics Certificate
• CPR
• Working with Children
• Child Safe Environments Certificate
